When an opportunity comes up to learn from one of the best cake artists in the world – you grab it. You just go. Thats it. No questions. Margie Carter is, simply, amazing. Uber talented, patient, generous with her knowledge  –  sugar artist, sculptor, painter and a  lovely, lovely person to boot.
